2. Booking requests and confirmation

When submitting a service request, you will select your desired arrival services, airport location, and travel details. Your submission constitutes a formal service request.

A booking is officially confirmed when payment is received and your confirmed service itinerary is issued. For custom transfer routes or special concierge requests, our local logistics team verifies route details before finalizing your order summary.

Please review your confirmation details immediately upon receipt to verify date, time, airport code, and passenger names.

3. Service availability

All services are offered subject to local operational capacity at designated Vietnamese international airports (including Tan Son Nhat - SGN, Noi Bai - HAN, Da Nang - DAD, and Cam Ranh - CXR).

While we maintain active staffing and driver dispatch across all primary arrival windows, service availability may be restricted during peak holiday travel periods, severe weather events, or unexpected airport authority operating changes.

4. Prices, currencies and payment

All prices listed on Vietnam Travel Hack are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Total costs include all applicable base charges for the selected service package.

Full pricing breakdowns are presented prior to payment collection. Payment is processed securely through approved payment gateways. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your booking reference at the confirmed rates.

5. Airport Fast Track

Airport Fast Track service provides dedicated operational assistance upon arrival or departure at supported Vietnamese international airports. Assistance includes greeting by a local representative and guidance through designated express lines where authorized by airport authorities.

Traveler Information: Customers must provide accurate flight numbers, arrival dates, scheduled arrival times, arrival direction (International/Domestic), and full passenger legal names matching their travel passports.

Scope & Limitations: Fast Track service facilitates airport navigation and queue guidance. Vietnam Travel Hack does not guarantee immigration entry clearance, visa approval, or exemption from standard customs, security checks, or government border regulations.

6. Private Airport Transfer

Private Airport Transfer service provides vehicle transportation between supported airports and specified hotel or destination addresses.

Required Details: Customers must supply accurate arrival flight details, destination hotel/address, total passenger count, and luggage count to ensure appropriate vehicle sizing (Sedan, SUV, or Van).

Route Coverage: Standard supported city center routes have fixed direct pricing. Custom routes, multi-stop transfers, or destinations outside standard urban zones require pre-booking review and confirmation.

7. Vietnam eSIM

Vietnam eSIM provides digital cellular data profiles for use on local Vietnamese mobile networks during your stay.

Device Compatibility: Customers are solely responsible for verifying prior to purchase that their smartphone or tablet is carrier-unlocked and supports eSIM technology.

Delivery & Activation: Digital eSIM QR activation codes and installation instructions are delivered electronically following booking confirmation. Network coverage and data speeds depend on local telecommunication infrastructure.

8. Traveler information and responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for maintaining valid passports (with at least 6 months validity), obtaining appropriate Vietnamese visas or e-Visas prior to arrival, and providing accurate contact details (WhatsApp, phone, or email) for airport coordination.

Inaccurate flight numbers or contact details may prevent local representatives or drivers from locating you upon arrival.

9. Flight delays, schedule changes and incorrect details

For transfer and fast track services, arrival flights are monitored using official airline radar feeds whenever valid flight numbers are provided. If your flight is delayed on the same day, local dispatchers automatically adjust greeting schedules where operational capacity permits.

If your flight is rescheduled to a different date or flight number, you must notify Concierge Support as soon as possible to update your booking assignment.

10. Changes, cancellations and refunds

11. No-shows and missed services

If a traveler fails to arrive at the designated airport meeting point, fails to establish contact with the assigned representative/driver, or departs the airport without notifying support, the service will be classified as a no-show.

No-show bookings are non-refundable as airport staff and vehicles are pre-allocated for your scheduled arrival.

12. Third-party service providers

Vietnam Travel Hack operates as an authorized logistics platform coordinating services fulfilled by vetted local transport operators, licensed airport concierge personnel, and telecommunications network providers in Vietnam.

Services are performed in compliance with local regulations and partner operational standards.

13. Reasonable limitations of responsibility

Vietnam Travel Hack and its fulfillment partners shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including border control delays, government immigration decisions, severe weather, airport closures, or road traffic diversions.

Our maximum total liability for any claim arising under a booking is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

14. Privacy and personal information

We respect your privacy. Contact numbers, passport names, and flight information collected during booking are used exclusively for flight tracking, driver dispatch, and concierge greeting coordination.

Service windows

• Cancellation: request changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Refunds: approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Transfer wait: the driver waits 60 minutes after the scheduled landing time.
• eSIM: the QR code is emailed after booking confirmation, typically within 2 hours.
• Legal entity and governing law are confirmed on your payment document before any charge.
