Last updated: August 14, 2026
Vietnam Travel Hack collects the information needed to respond to inquiries, process booking requests and arrange selected travel services. We do not sell personal information. Relevant booking details may be shared with service providers only when needed to deliver a requested service, operate the website, process payment or comply with legal obligations.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vietnam Travel Hack (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our website, submit booking requests for arrival services, or communicate with us through our support channels.
We are committed to handling your personal data transparently, securely, and strictly for legitimate travel operational purposes in connection with your trip to Vietnam.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the services requested, we collect personal information directly provided by you through our online booking forms, support dialogs, email, or messaging channels.
Information collected includes contact details (full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number), flight logistics (airline, flight number, scheduled arrival date and time, airport destination), arrival service preferences (Airport Fast Track, Private Transfer, Vietnam eSIM), hotel or destination address, passenger counts, and vehicle requirements.
3. Information provided through Instagram
Customers may voluntarily choose to contact us or send inquiries via our official Instagram channel. Please note that Meta (Instagram’s parent company) processes all messages and interaction metadata under Meta’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
Vietnam Travel Hack stores conversation details received on Instagram to respond to your questions, coordinate concierge support, or link your inquiries to an active booking reference. We advise customers to submit full passport and sensitive flight details securely through our primary website booking form rather than public direct messaging.
4. Booking and traveler information
To fulfill arrival logistics in Vietnam, we collect specific travel details required by local airport greeting staff and transport dispatchers. This includes full legal passenger names as displayed on passports, flight numbers for live radar tracking, and contact numbers for airport meetup coordination.
For private airport transfers, we collect destination hotel names or street addresses, passenger group sizes, and luggage quantities to ensure appropriate vehicle dispatch.
5. Payment information
When online payment processing is active, payment transactions are processed directly through PCI-DSS compliant external payment gateways. Vietnam Travel Hack does not store or process complete credit card numbers or sensitive card verification codes (CVV) on our servers.
Order summaries and transaction reference tokens are maintained to record payment status and issue confirmation receipts for your booking.
6. How we use personal information
We use the personal information we collect exclusively for legitimate travel and business purposes, including:
- Processing, confirming, and managing your arrival service requests;
- Monitoring arrival flights in real time to adjust greeting and driver pickup times during delays;
- Delivering digital eSIM QR profiles and activation instructions electronically;
- Communicating booking updates, meeting point instructions, or changes via email, WhatsApp, or phone;
- Responding to customer support inquiries and resolving operational issues;
- Complying with local Vietnamese transport laws, airport security rules, and tax regulations.
8. Service providers and booking partners
To deliver arrival services in Vietnam, we share necessary operational details with verified local partners under confidentiality commitments:
- Airport Fast Track Representatives: Passenger name, flight number, arrival date/time for terminal greeting;
- Private Transport Operators & Drivers: Lead passenger name, phone/WhatsApp number, flight number, hotel address, and passenger/luggage counts;
- Telecommunications Partners: Email address for digital eSIM profile delivery;
- Technical Service Providers: Website hosting, database infrastructure, and email delivery services.
10. Data storage and retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete your travel services, resolve customer support inquiries, enforce agreement terms, and satisfy legal accounting or tax requirements.
Transient booking session data is cleared upon order completion or browser restart. Administrative booking records are securely stored for standard recordkeeping periods.
11. Data security
We implement appropriate technical, physical, and administrative security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. All web data transmissions are encrypted using standard Secure Sockets Layer (TLS/SSL) protocols.
12. International or cross-border processing
Because Vietnam Travel Hack coordinates travel logistics in Vietnam, personal data submitted through the website may be processed or transferred internationally between server locations and local logistics operators in Vietnam.
13. Customer privacy rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have legal rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request access to the information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate details, or request deletion of your personal records where no overriding legal obligation requires retention.
14. Accessing, correcting or deleting information
To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal booking information, please submit a written request to our support team at support@vietnamtravelhack.com. We will respond to verified privacy requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
15. Children’s privacy
Vietnam Travel Hack services are intended for adult travelers and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16 without parental or guardian consent. If a parent or guardian discovers that a child has submitted personal details to us, please contact us for prompt removal.
16. Third-party websites and services
Our website may contain links to external third-party websites, travel guides, or airline services. Vietnam Travel Hack is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party external sites. We encourage travelers to review the privacy statements of any external service visited.
17. Changes to this policy
