Effective August 3, 2026 at 07:00, Noi Bai International Airport implemented a reorganized traffic management system for ground transport at International Terminal 2 (T2):

• App-Based Ride-Hailing (Grab, Xanh SM, Be): Ride-hailing vehicles with under 9 seats and commercial yellow plates are strictly prohibited from picking up passengers at the terminal curbside doors. Arriving international passengers must cross the roadway to designated Car Parks P1 or P7 to meet their driver.
• Franchised Traditional Airport Taxis: Official metered taxis continue to pick up passengers directly outside the arrivals concourse at Lane No. 4.
• Luggage & Wayfinding Advice: Follow pedestrian crossings and overhead airport signage toward Car Parks P1 and P7 after exiting the customs hall. Ensure your mobile data or airport Wi-Fi is active to coordinate the exact vehicle license plate and bay with your driver.
