Vietnam Digital Arrival Card 2026: The Free Official Form
Vietnam's Digital Arrival Card is a free government form. It is not a visa. Paid "arrival card" websites are resellers. Use the official portal.
What it is
The Digital Arrival Card replaced the paper form. You submit personal and flight details online and show a QR at immigration. It is required for most foreign nationals. Visa-exempt travelers still file it.
When and where
It rolled out at Tan Son Nhat (SGN) on 15 April 2026 and expanded to other international airports including Noi Bai. File it only in the 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Earlier submissions can be rejected.
The official site
Use prearrival.immigration.gov.vn only. The form is free. If a site charges $15–$30 to "process your arrival card," close it. Screenshot or download the QR and keep it offline.
Official URL

How this sits next to Fast Track
Fast Track skips the public immigration line. It does not file the card. Do the QR at home, then book Fast Track if you want a greeter at SGN, HAN, DAD, or CXR.
Airport Fast Track Immigration
Dedicated staff escort through priority immigration lanes at SGN, HAN, and DAD international airports.
