VTH Media Intelligence is an internal media management, content-planning, and editorial collaboration tool operated by Vietnam Travel Hack. It provides media organization, AI-assisted classification, search, script generation, and video project packaging for editors and content creators.
2. Authorized Use
The service is intended exclusively for authorized Vietnam Travel Hack users, team members, and invited production collaborators. Access is non-transferable and subject to approval by Vietnam Travel Hack administrators.
3. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights, licenses, releases, and permissions for any video footage, audio, photographs, or text they upload, process, download, or share through the platform.
4. Google Drive Integration
Use of Google Drive features within the application depends on an authorized Google account and is subject to Google's own terms of service, policies, and service availability. Vietnam Travel Hack is not responsible for external disruptions, quota restrictions, or modifications imposed by Google.
5. AI-Assisted Features
The platform incorporates artificial intelligence to suggest classifications, content ideas, scripts, search suggestions, and footage recommendations. These outputs are automated drafts intended to support human workflows; they require human editorial review and should not be treated as guaranteed factual or editorially perfect outputs.
6. Availability
VTH Media Intelligence is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain high service reliability for our production team, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not use the service to upload, process, or distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content, or any material that violates applicable copyright, privacy, or media protection laws.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Service as the platform evolves, new features are introduced, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
